Shayne Parfrey – Divisional Manager

Shayne has been a part of Medic International since 1998, shortly after his arrival from Australia.

London was a far cry from his first 20 years growing up in rural Western Victoria where he did his Nurse training which was followed by 9 years nursing in a variety of clinical settings in Melbourne.

Shayne has 11 years of Healthcare recruitment experience including 9 years in Critical Care and Theatre staffing establishing Mayfair Specialist Nurses branches throughout the UK in Bristol, Oxford, Manchester, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Belfast.

Jane Armstrong – Senior Recruitment Consultant

Starting life in the Healthcare sector in 1996, Jane undertook her Nursery Nurse (NNEB Diploma) and then worked in a variety of childcare and education settings for the next six years.

Jane’s career then changed course significantly moving into specialist healthcare recruitment involving frequent trans-Atlantic travel placing over 1250 nurses in the United States from the UK over the following seven years.

Joining the Medic International team in 2009, Jane works closely with the entire Medic team focusing on the placement of nurses into positions in the UK.
