Our Recruitment Process
Medic International candidates undertake a detailed recruitment process strongly underpinned by a thorough ‘pre-screening’ and ‘pre-selection’ process.
In brief, this comprises the following stages:
- Initial Enquiry
- Telephone Assessment
- Pre-Screening face to face interview, including numeracy and literacy test
- Face to face interview with employing client
- Assistance with NMC registration
- Completion of required compliance and training
- Meeting candidates on arrival and introducing to client
- Candidate review on commencement of employment
